USS Sicard (DD-346) in Manila Bay

Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Sicard (DD-346) in Manila Bay, at some point during her time with the US Asiatic Fleet, which came to an end in 1929. From this angle we get a good view under the awnings over her forward deck, and can also see smaller awnings on the small superstructure betwen the funnels and a tiny cover over the open bridge.
